David Carruthers Conexo Travel

Conexo Travel is based in Haxby, York and operates a retail travel agency, serving the communities of North York and the surrounding areas. The company has been a member of Hays Travel Independence Group since October 2008, joining from another consortium, and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made.

We find the greater flexibility for dynamic packaging, coupled with the excellent commercial deals Hays Travel offer us, to be a winning formula. It has allowed us to grow the business at a higher rate over the last two years. Equally important however, is the support we receive from Head Office and we have been impressed with the strong levels of communication we receive, which helps us to focus on serving our customers interests with special deals and offers.

All of the above are underpinned by a strong commitment to investing in IT, in particular I-Sell which is a continuously evolving product and makes our job of finding the best holidays for our customer so much easier.
